Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Skillet or Cast Iron Pan
  • Spatula
  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Prepared Stuffing cooled
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • ½ tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

Melt & Assemble

  • Add Swiss Cheese near the end to melt
  • Toast your buns
  • Spread Mayo + Dijon on the bun
  • Add patty, then Cranberry Sauce
  • Top with onion/spinach if using

Notes

  • Works great with leftover stuffing OR boxed stuffing (Just Follow the Package Instructions)
  • Don’t skip the cranberry - it’s the sweet/salty balance
  • You can sub in Ground Chicken if needed
  • Slightly wet mix = juicier burger
