- 2 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Mexican Oregano
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Coriander.
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes To add Spice
- 1 tsp Corn Starch Used the thicken
- 1 tsp Sugar For Caramelization
How I Use It

Per 1 lb / 450 g meat: 2 tbsp
