  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tomatoes Diced
  • 1/2 White Onion Finely Diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/8 cup Lime Juice Bottled or Fresh
  • Half a Jalapeño Finely Diced (Optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

Prep the Vegetables

  • Dice the tomatoes, finely dice the white onion and jalapeño, and finely chop the cilantro.

Combine Ingredients

  • Add the tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to a mixing bowl.

Add Lime and Seasoning

  • Pour in the lime juice and sprinkle in the salt.

Mix Well

  • Gently mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Taste and Adjust

  • Adjust salt or lime juice to taste.

Serve or Chill

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
