Mango Pineapple Reaper Jalapeño Hot Sauce

- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Mango Diced
- 1 Pineapple Diced
- 2-3 Reaper Peppers
- 2 Jalapeños
- 1/2 cup Yellow Onion Diced
- 4 Garlic Cloves Roughly Chopped
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup White Vinegar
- 1 Juice of Lime
- 3 tbsp Cilantro Roughly Chopped
- 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Heath olive oil and sauté all the fruits and vegetables for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 20 minutes
Use an Immersion Blender or Regular Blender to combine all the ingredients until smooth.
Strain with a mesh strainer into jars or glass bottles, dating them and listing ingredients.
Store in Refrigerator and use within 6 Months
